One diverse owner is Arizona’s own Julie Wentz, who will be pitching her T-Sleeve, an all-in-one tea bag holder, tea bag steeper and squeezer. The T-Sleeve is currently available on the product’s website and Wentz says she is excited for the opportunity to showcase her product on a larger platform.
Wentz confirmed that the T-Sleeve will be available on Walmart’s website in the near future, a positive move for the local company and a step to further increase the presence of not only Arizona-based manufacturers, but American manufacturers as well.
The appeal for Wentz is not only the fact that Walmart is the largest retailer in the world but that the company is focused on bolstering U.S. manufacturers. For her, the opportunity allows her product to assist more individuals throughout the nation.
“Something that’s really important is not only that theT-Sleeve is made in the USA but it’s helping people,” said Wentz.
She donates ten percent of T-Sleeve’s net profits to foster children through various charities in the nation and said, “the more sales, the more we help people,” an opportunity that appears to be on the horizon.
