Feel free to add more if you like.1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter1/2 cup confectioners sugar2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt1 bag (remove tea from bag) Earl Grey tea (use 2 bags for a stronger tea flavor)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.In a large bowl or mixer, cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar.Add in flour, salt, and tea leaves. continue to mix until a soft dough forms, mix will be dry and crumbly at first but will come together.Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface until it’s 1/4-inch thick.Cut out cookies using a 2-inch round round cookie cutter.Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20-22 minutes or until edges are a golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
