Pomegranate Green Tea Recipe

The pomegranate is an antioxidant rich, nutrient dense fruit containing more antioxidants than green tea. Combine green tea with pomegranate and you have the delicious power house of healthy tea/juice. WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS(Note: Use all organic, fresh ingredients if possible)Makes 1 serving1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 cups brewed green tea
6-10 large mint leaves
4-6 large ice cubes

STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUSBrew the green tea according to instructions on the box using distilled or reverse osmosis pure water. Once brewed, pour into a 24 oz. Mason Jar or small pitcher. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until cool. Once cooled, add the mint leaves, slightly crushing and twisting them in your hands before you do. Then lightly crush the pomegranate seeds on a cutting board with a spoon or by using the side of a large knife and then add to green tea. Allow the blend to infuse for at least 2-4 hours.
