Fourth of July Blueberry-Hibiscus Margaritas

Blueberry-Hibiscus Margaritas
  • 1/2 cup hibiscus tea 
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups tequila
  • 3/4 cup Cointreau
  • About 1 pint blueberries
Combine the hibiscus tea, lime juice, tequila and cointreau and stir. Place several blueberries at the bottom of a low-ball glass and muddle them to release their juice. Fill the glass with ice, pour the margaritas over the ice and stir. Float a few blueberries on top for garnish.
