Tea for the Cold, Cough and Flu

During the winter the need for relief of a cold, cough or flu is higher than any other time of year. Tea can be a great resource for anyone feeling ill, especially when it is prepared specifically for relieving symptoms of sickness. This tea recipe is exactly for that, helping someone with the symptoms of a cold, cough or flu. Ginger - a one inch piece
Tulsi leaves - 10
Tea powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - as needed
Method
Crush ginger and tulsi leaves coarsely.
Boil a cup of water in a pan.
Add tea powder and when it starts boiling, add ginger, tulsi and switch off the stove.
Strain into a cup, add sugar and mix well.
