  • 2 thin slices peeled ginger
  • 1 earl grey tea bag
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:Add the ginger and tea bag into a mug. Fill the mug with hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and stir in lemon juice and honey until dissolved. Drink every morning to jump-start digestive processes, soothe a sore throat and give you energy.
