In a small sized saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags along with star anise. Steep them gently for 5 minutes, take out the star anise and tea bags. Preheat a grill to off cooked condition. Now, position the chicken on an oiled cooking grate and then grill uncovered by turning onto each side twice for about 10 to 12 minutes.
