A great post-workout recovery tea is nettle tea. Nettle tea is rich in iron, calcium and it relieves lactic acid build-up in your muscles while expelling toxins. Read a fun recipe to try at home below.
"Use fresh nettles or a tea bog, Add some roasted dandelion root (available from Holland & Barrett), which is rich in magnesium. This mineral helps your body absorb calcium and aids oxygen uptake too. Add a rosehip tea bag for vitamin C and a better taste"
